Dr. Michael J. Trepal, DPM
Michael J. Trepal, DPM is a Professor of Surgery, Vice President for Academic Affairs and Dean of the Faculty of the New York College of Podiatric Medicine (NYCPM). He is also Chief of Podiatry at both Metropolitan Hospital, one of NYCPM’S major training sites, and SUNY Downstate where he also directs the Podiatric Residency Program. Dr. Trepal is Board Certified in Foot and Reconstructive Foot Surgery by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery and a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. He is also a Fellow of the New York Academy of Medicine.
Dr. Trepal also maintains a private practice in Brooklyn Heights, NY. Dr. Trepal is on staff at seven area hospitals and still finds time to participate in the lecture circuit and serve the profession by being active in a variety of committees and podiatric organizations. He is the past Chair of the Council on Podiatric Medical Education.
Dr. Denise Tropea, DPM - Company Spokesperson
Dr. Denise Tropea is a board-certified foot surgeon. She currently practices in Las Vegas, Nevada where she has been in private practice for 25 years.
She is very passionate about wellness, prevention, educating people on regaining and maintaining their health. For the last 15 years, she has been incorporating alternative natural treatments in her practice to provide the utmost in quality care for her patients.
Her scope of practice includes comprehensive foot care with a special interest in diabetic wound care and amputation prevention.
Dr. Tropea received her undergraduate education at Fairleigh Dickinson University in New Jersey. She then went on to the Scholl College of Podiatry in Chicago to obtain her graduate degree in podiatric medicine. She served a two-year residency in podiatric surgery and orthopedics in Salt Lake City.
Dr. Wesley Robertson, MD, FAAP, JD
Dr. Wesley Robertson is a practicing pediatrician in Las Vegas, with 25 years of experience. He founded Sunshine Valley Pediatrics (SVP), his current practice, over 25 years ago. A native of California, he attended medical school at the University of Minnesota and then returned to the University of California (Irvine) to complete his medical residency. Besides medicine, his secondary interests include tennis, real estate, fitness and law. He became a member of the Nevada State Bar in 2003. He has received the Castle Connolly Regional Top Doctors Award, the Compassionate Doctor Recognition Award (2018), and Patients' Choice Award (2017, 2018). He is the father of four beautiful children.
Dr. Mariela Glandt, MD
Dr. Mariela Glandt is an endocrinologist specialist in diabetes and the medical director of the Center for Diabetes Care in Tel Aviv. Dr. Glandt has 15 years of experience treating diabetes. Dr. Glandt worked at Bronx Lebanon Hospital in New York as the associate program director of the internal medicine residency program, while also seeing patients at her private clinic in Manhattan and at Mount Sinai Hospital. In Israel, Dr. Glandt was director of the diabetes clinical trials unit at Hadassah Ein Karem, under Prof Itamar Raz.
From 2010-2015 she worked as the medical director of DMC, Diabetes Medical Center, in Tel Aviv. She publishes in international journals, is a contributor to asweetlife.org, is an active reviewer for medical journals, is involved in clinical trials, and continues to be involved in resident education at Bronx-Lebanon Hospital in New York.
